Regrettably I have been out of wifi range for a couple of weeks and in that time our senior elite swimmers have been kicking up a storm all over the world.  So here is a brief catch up and my apologies to the athletes for being unable to keep their fans up to date.

Kirsty has been competing in both Monte Carlo, Monaco and Canet, France doing her usual 3 events at each and doing really good times at each.  A quick round up!

James Lawson was at the same events and swam the 100 Breast, coming in with a consistent 1.04.81 in Monaco and 1.04.48 in Canet.

Meanwhile Chad Idenson was taking part on the Longhorn Elite Invitational in Texas and did a pb for his 1000 free with a fastest time of 51.14, and 23.16 in a time trial for 50 free, just 2 splits slower than his National Record.  Great job!

Chad
