Congratulations to the breaststrokers who were up for their first events today.  Liam O Hara was in Head 3, Lane 4 and came home in a 1.05.76 which is a pb and is very close to  the national record for 16 year olds held by James Lawson and set in April 2011.  Liam Davis swam a great race and was on his pb of 1.06.88.  Roll on Day 2.  We have Liam O Hara swimming the 200 IM in Heat 2, Lane 1, and Chase Onorati in the 100 Butterfly in Heat 3, Lane 7.  Chase then goes into the 200 freestyle in Heat 2, Lane 5.  Well done for todays efforts and good luck for tomorrow.
